PARTY FAQs
Q: How many guests can I invite?
A: For a premium party, 15 children. The guest of honor counts as the 16th child. Adults and crawling babies are invited free of charge and are not considered part of the 15 guests. For an 8 is Enough Party, 8 children (two additional children can be added for $10 each)
Q: Can I invite more than 15 guests?
A: Yes, for an additional $10 each. Other rate accommodations can be made for older or younger siblings with minimal party participation. Call to inquire.
Q: If I invite less than 15 children, or if less than 15 children show up for the party, do I receive a discount?
A: Unfortunately not. Party prices are based primarily on the cost of renting the facility and the loss of Pop-in-Play revenue that results from closing the facility for parties.
Q: Can I bring in my own food?
A: Yes. However, you must also bring in your own serving products for the food (ie. plates, forks, etc.). We will provide plenty of serving products for your cake but you must bring candles. Lastly, you CANNOT bring in a cooler with beverages or ice cream. Leapin' Lizards sells 12 oz. sodas/water/juices, as well as vanilla ice cream cups. Therefore you will need to purchase your beverages and ice cream through us. We make all our products affordable and convenient.
Q: Will there be someone to help run the party, serve my cake, pizza etc as well as clean up after the party?
A: Yes, a Leapin’ Lizards party host will facilitate the fun with:
• Party room setup before you arrive and clean up after you leave.
• Gathering children to announce rules.
• Walking the play floor to ensure safe-play behavior and maximize fun.
• Rounding up guests for cake and/or food, as well as serving cake/food.
• Supervision of an orderly present exchange/opening and selection of goody bag toys.
Q: Can I provide alcohol for the adults?
A: No alcohol is allowed in our children's facility.
Q: How early should I arrive before my party?
A: Please arrive at your scheduled time. Arriving early will not be beneficial since Leapin’ Lizards parties are scheduled as appointments. Children will be excited so having them wait will cause frustration.
