1. A 50% Deposit is required with the completion of this
form to secure your booking.
Deposits are only refundable up to 21 days before the
party.
2. All children must have a signed waiver by their
parent or guardian before entering the play floor. We
will provide them with your invitations. They are also
available on our website: leapinlizardsonline.com
3. The adult party host and/or parents of invited
children are responsible for supervising and monitoring
the safety of all the invited children. Thus, we
strongly recommend the party host ensures at least 3
adults to every 15 children be present during the party.
4. FOR 8 IS ENOUGH PARTIES: To ensure a comfortable play
environment for both our Pop-in-Play customers and our
party goers we set a limit of 10 participating children
at 8 is Enough parties. If more than 10 children attend
an 8 is Enough Party, the party price will automatically
increase to $225.
5. We will need a final head count the day before the
party.
6. Ice cream and beverages must
be purchased from Leapin’ Lizards. The party host can
bring food but is responsible for serving items for
their food. Leapin’ Lizards will provide plates and
utensils for cake.
7. Please, Do NOT arrive early for your party.
8. Full payment for the balance is due before departing
from the party.
9. ALL CHILDREN & ADULTS MUST REMOVE THEIR SHOES
WHEN ENTERING THE PLAY FLOOR AND MUST WEAR SOCKS.
